Consistent performance, good value

This was my third time purchasing a PRTG maintenance plan renewal. The process was mostly smooth, but the confirmation email took nearly two days to arrive, which was a bit slow. The software itself, PRTG Network Monitor, continues to be very reliable for our infrastructure. We've been using it for years now for server and application monitoring. It's always delivered what we needed, which is why we keep coming back. Compared to our first purchase, the renewal cost seemed a little higher this time around, but it still feels like good value given the features. I appreciate the consistency and how well it integrates with our existing systems.

PRTG trial worked well

I tried the PRTG Network Monitor 30-day trial. It was easy to download and install. Set up some basic sensors for our servers. Got the data I needed to see quickly. Decent product.

Good value, free trial helped

I was looking for a network monitor and tried the 30-day full-featured trial of PRTG Network Monitor. It really let me see if it was right for our small business. The ability to monitor 100 sensors for free was also a big plus for getting started. I ended up purchasing a smaller license, and I felt like I got a good deal for the features included. It wasn't the cheapest option out there, but for the robust monitoring, I think it's good value. Wish they had clearer volume discounts listed directly on the site.

Solid monitoring, minor setup hiccup

I bought PRTG Network Monitor for our server room. The software does a great job with server and application monitoring, and the dashboards are pretty intuitive once you get used to them. Delivery of the license key was quick. I ran into a small issue integrating it with our specific database server, and it took a couple of emails with support to get it sorted out. They were responsive, but it wasn't an instant fix. Overall, it's a powerful tool and a good investment, even with that little snag.

Smooth order, good support

I purchased a PRTG Perpetual License with a Maintenance Plan. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, though finding specific license upgrade options took a little digging. Delivery was instant since it's a digital key. I had a quick question about activating an older sensor pack and used their online chat. The support agent was helpful and resolved my query within minutes. The software itself is robust, monitoring our network devices effectively. My only minor issue was the initial setup of some custom SNMP sensors, which needed a bit more manual configuration than I expected.

Consistent and reliable service

This is my third time purchasing from Paessler, updating our PRTG Subscription. The process is always smooth, and the renewal discount they offer is appreciated. I appreciate the consistency. The software itself, especially the Cloud Monitoring features, just keeps improving. My only minor complaint is that the interface could use a small refresh; it looks a bit dated compared to some newer tools, but it still works perfectly.

Easy purchase, quick delivery

I purchased PRTG Network Monitor. The website was easy to navigate. Got my license key instantly via email. Setup was straightforward. Works as expected for bandwidth monitoring. Happy with the purchase, just took a moment to find the exact sensor I needed.

Great monitoring solution

I'm so happy with our PRTG Network Monitor license! We upgraded from the freeware version to a full license a few months ago. It's made a huge difference in our ability to see what's happening across our network. The packet sniffing feature gave us insight we never had before. Set up was straightforward, and the dashboards are super helpful for quick checks. I even used the mobile app on my phone to check things while I was out of the office last week. This tool is amazing for IT teams. I would absolutely recommend Paessler to anyone needing solid network visibility!
